Why I left my pet parrot?

I had my parakeet for about 2 years old, very friendly and sociable, but not me leaves or ever having a stroke. She sits on my shoulder and eat from my hand, play with me and sit on my lap while napping together. But there is no holding or touching, just pinch me if I try. Is it just a part of your personality? It was fed hand like a baby, it seems strange. Yes, I do not really mind that it would not let me pet, but I just wanted to know because I thought very tame parakeets usually allow.

I breed budgies. I can handle the babies all the time, but some do not touch when I'm older. Generally, it is because the birds do not like and that's just the way it is. But once when birds are normally smoothed friendly arrested previously enjoyed and may have developed an aversion to the cause of fall or other accident which may have damaged the wings and tender, this may be the case to examine carefully between the feathers.
