Imaginative car seat cover ideas? I'm thinking of buying a station wagon to carry 3 kids, 3 dogs, etc...and would like to know what you would make seat covers out of. This particular car has velour seats...not kid and pet friendly. Thanks!
I would buy some nice heavy duty canvas type material, something that might even match the car at a fabric store. and just use elastic like other people mention. that way it is real easy to clean, you could sew a cusion into the seat if you want. or maybe just a space for a piece of foam to be inserted. Personally, if i had more time, i would do it too.
