My dog ate something she's not suppose to,? She ate a 3 ft string from my hoodie sweatshirt. The vet said to give her a few slices of white bread. will she be ok?
This is going to depend upon several factors. If your dog shows any sign of constipation, or stomach ache or any kind of pain. Also the size of your dog sometimes can play into this scenerio. If it shows any signs of distress take it to your vet. It may not be able to "pass" the string. If your vet cannot give it something to pass it...it may have to be surgically removed. I hope everything turns out ok.
