Has anyone ever tried and had some luck with the system of dog training Silencer Pro? It uses sound waves instead?

Re: I finally got my neighbors dogs to stop barking I used to have a problem with my neighbors dogs barking constantly day and night. At first I thought would be arrested, but during the day. Finally, to my neighbor about the problem and said he would try to do something. I work long hours and try to sleep as possible, but always woke me up barking of a dog several times during the night. You can not imagine how frustrating it is if you have not been in this situation. Finally ended up going on the internet to research my problem and I am very glad I did.
