Trapped dog shit on the carpet?

My little puppy of 3 months of age (Shep. Mutt) is an escape artist. He learned to get out of his cage today while running errands and managed to do all sorts of chaos! She spent the whole house, broke the garbage, and I learned to open the refrigerator (bye bye days leftover turkey!). The problem is, when he returned (after 3 hours or less), the stern had dried on the carpet. With its self-served breakfast was very nasal, and am having a hell of a time out carpet. Suggestions? I used Natures Miracle "and" Anti-Icky Poo "to date (with a fine mist of white vinegar 50-50 and water to avoid repetition), but even those who do not seem to work! Help please!
