yes it does but you're safe. no frontline under the age of 8 weeks. go ahead and put it on as long as its from your vet.
you can find it online and in stores now but i contacted FL myself and asked about it. they said they only sell it to vets and anything that gets bought somewhere else they can not guarantee b/c it may not be made for your specific country. there are different ingredients they use for different countries.
