How the taste of a chicken?
supermarket rotisserie chickens are very good taste, how can I play this at home my oven? Such times could use a brine of some sort? If yes I would like a recipe. (not citrus, please)
Supermarket rotisserie chicken injected to retain moisture for extended periods, and add flavor. I do not know what to use, but you can try chicken broth or stock and put a few seasonings before injection. I'm not a big fan of the shot, (I have an injector somewhere), or marinated
