I met a large snake on today, help identify?
the third with the first two black head was in the middle third of the body is red and the tip of the tail is yellow orange. This was a long snake about 4-5 feet at least and the body was as thick as the arm of a woman. Any idea what could be? I live in Arkansas, Missouri near, I looked the game and the website of the Commission of fish and could not find anything so great with those colors in it, it could be a race of the Cross? My husband and I saw two different times, and far before we can take a picture.
I love animals, so you should know that I believe it was a corn snake or coral snake.
