Can we find our own image, or are we always going to let society do it for us? Let's face it...bling, rims, sagging pants, midriffs, superskinny females, white tees, uneducated, seeminlgly ignorant, almost naked females...aren't you tired of that? Oddly enough, there are probably some of you out there that are gonna question my question...it is not a race thing (although majority of these negative images ae pertaining to those like me.) Others exposed to this lifestyle imitate as well. There is so much potential in this generation, but we have given up on finding ourselves. It seems to me like we are satisfied being what society labels us to be: uneducated, shallow, materialistic beings who have no sense of purpose.
People can find and display their own images. However, most people are blind followers of fashion so as not to be the odd one out. But, if they let fashion aside and dressed with whatever clothes they liked and which would make them look to their advantage, they would thus reflect what kind of persons they are really.
Another way is to express what we think. But some people tend to align their opinion on what others think, once again so as not to be odd.
